Rieth-Riley had a concrete crew pouring sidewalk from the Palmer parking lot and east of the Palmer building. They also poured sidewalk around the southeast corner of the roundabout .
Ziolkowski was forming the footers for the upper retaining walls
WISSCO was on site doing irrigation within the center of the roundabout.
Martell was pulling wire and setting thermal cameras at the intersections of Main and Ewing and Michigan and Ewing.
